Dr. Tom
Thomas J. Wodniak, DDS, FICD
Dr. Tom Wodniak is a graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry. His professional skills have been recognized and honored with membership in the International College of Dentists. He is a member of Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity and has received numerous industry awards.
Dr. Tom cares for the dental health of toddlers, teens, and adults of all ages.
His concern has led to a thriving practice of both new and lifelong patients.
He understands that people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, and his goal is to make your visit as pain-free and anxiety-free as possible. Our mission is to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them in choosing a treatment plan that is most suitable
and appropriate for their needs.

National Award
Dr. Wodniak recently received United Cerebral Palsy's National Award for Excellence and Outstanding Community Service, as well as the United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicagoland Community Leadership Award.
Both awards recognize Dr. Tom's commitment to serving Chicago's disabled children and adults. Dr. Tom Wodniak sees less able patients both in office and off-site at day care community centers set up by United Cerebral Palsy
and Easter Seals.

Alicia
Alicia is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist with over 25 years of experience providing high-quality oral care and promoting lifelong dental health. Skilled in patient education, preventive care, and periodontal therapy, Alicia strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for every patient. Her goal is to build trusting relationships while delivering thorough, personalized hygiene care that supports both oral and overall wellness. Passionate about promoting good oral habits and making every dental visit a positive experience. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, friends and her two kitties.
Dental Assistant
Debbie
Debbie has been with the practice for over 40 years. She graduated from Elgin Community College with a certificate in Dental Assisting and is also certified in the application of dental sealants and coronal polishing. Debbie approaches her work with an enthusiastic and friendly nature that easily puts patients of all ages at ease. She lives in St. Charles with her husband of 30+ years and has two daughters. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and pickleball.

Paula
Paula joined our team in November 2023. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Her primary focus is dental assisting. She loves caring for patients, making them feel comfortable, and getting them through their procedures happily. One patient at a time. Paula has been married for 30 years and has two daughters. In her spare time, she loves being with her dog Oliver.

Deborah
Deborah was one of Dr. Tom's first patients over 40 years ago and joined our staff in September of 2023.
She takes pride in being the first smile our patients see- welcoming them, easing anxieties, and ensuring their visits start and end smoothly. She brings happiness and color to the office. She also oversees daily office operations and supports our team in any way possible. Deborah's goal is to create a friendly, organized, and patient-centered environment where everyone feels supported and cared for! On her time off, she spends it with her family and the man of her life, her first grandson!
Dr. Emmering Memorial
Dr. Emmering
Dr. Emmering is past President of the International College of Dentists, Professor Emeritus of Loyola University School of Dentistry, and is past president of the ICD Foundation and Delta Sigma Delta. Dr. Emmering has lectured extensively and is known in the profession world-wide. He has received the prestigious Raefael Suriano Lifetime Achievement Award and the Outstanding Alumni Award from the University of Illinois and was President of Emmering & Associates, Healthcare and Business Consulting.
Drs. Emmering and Wodniak met at Loyola University School of Dentistry, where Dr. Wodniak was a student of Dr. Emmering. Their friendship led to the creation, design, and implementation of their practice philosophies into the partnership they have enjoyed for over 35 years before his passing.
